Managerial & Leadership Development
Recognizing that the learning and training needs of a supervisor adjust and shift over time, Campus Human Resources offers an approach to managerial and supervisory development that is organized by “Subway Stops.” Each Subway Stop includes specific resource options according to the different stages of managerial development and reflects the diverse range of skills for each stage.
Organizational Development
UC San Diego offers support for organizational development with specialized toolkits that help our community align strategy, structure, and people. The team services toolkits help campus leaders identify internal needs and apply strategies with different resources such as activities, courses, and assessments. Triton Connection
Triton Connection is a student internship program on campus that encourages undergraduates to participate in project-based internships in a wide range of UC San Diego departments. Managed by Equal Opportunity Services, the internship program is designed to provide our students with professional work experiences and lasting connections that may spark their interest in pursuing a career at UC San Diego. The program strives for inclusive excellence, helping to build a pipeline of capable employees who have graduated from the university.
